Located in the upper right-hand corner of the state, the area is divided into two leagues: the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference and the Mountain and Valley Athletic Conference. One of the smallest sections in the state with only 24 teams, Section 7 won their 1st and only State Championship in 2017 when Moriah took home the Class D honors. Section 7 teams have reached for the State's final-four on 12 occasions.
